Third Thursday: Honoring John Lewis & Supporting “Good Trouble Lives On”

Join us for a special Third Thursday event as we rally to reflect on the legacy of Congressman John Lewis and heed his call to get into “good trouble, necessary trouble.”

This month, our Third Thursday event aligns with the “Good Trouble Lives On” national day of action, a powerful movement marking the anniversary of John Lewis’s passing and pushing back against current threats to civil and human rights—including voter suppression and attacks on peaceful protest.

So, in place of our usual program held at UNO, please join your fellow humanists at the protest rally being held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on July 17th.  We invite you to be part of this important moment in the struggle for democracy and justice.
