Workers over Billionaires – National Day of Action

This Labor Day won’t just be a barbecue. Across the country, unions, community groups, and allies are turning the holiday into a nationwide day of action — standing up for working families and demanding a society that works for all of us, not just the one percent.

Omaha Humanists will be tabling at the rally and our president, William Newman, will once again be speaking in solidarity with working people.

The “Workers Over Billionaires” day of action calls for:

• • Fully funded public schools
  • Healthcare for all
  • Defense of workers’ rights, immigrant families, and Black and brown communities
  • Protection of Medicaid, Social Security, and programs for working people
  • Investment in people, not wars

This is part of a growing movement to resist billionaire exploitation, corporate domination, and attacks on civil rights. We will be joining thousands of communities nationwide to demand justice, dignity, and democracy.

Come stand with us on Labor Day and show that people power is stronger than billionaire greed.
